Notes

Flagship A07 kicks!

Brew fermented 64 - 68ºF and finished a little slower as a result. The yeast / krausen layer hung out on top for a week (like a kombucha scoby) after the brew reached final gravity, then eventually dropped.

Initial sample was malty, crisp, and lagery. Easily one of my top 3 brews.
